I am working on a special edition that showcases the origins of OGE (pronounced ohgee). OGE is named after my 3 beautiful grandchildren Oliver, Grace & Elise. With the help of my daughters, I thought it might be special to release a series of patterns relating to each grandchild. This jacket sold separately is from the collection named after ‘O’ for Oliver, or as we love to call him ‘Our Ollie’.

SKILL LEVEL - Intermediate

The pattern has been test knitted and technical edited.

JACKET SIZES - APPROX AGE

[A] -- 0-3 months
[B] -- 3-6 months
[C] -- 6-12 months
[D] -- 12-18 months

YARN REQUIRED - JACKET

8ply Double Knit, 125 m/137 yds per 50 g ball.. Bellissimo 100% Merino Extra-fine yarn was used for this set, you can use any 8ply DK yarn as long as you achieve the same gauge as per the pattern.

[A] -- 140 grams / 350 metres / 378 yards
[B] -- 160 grams / 400 metres / 432 yards
[C] -- 197 grams / 493 metres / 532 yards
[D] -- 230 grams / 575 metres / 621 yards

NEEDLES REQUIRED - JACKET

One set 3.75 mm (US 5 : UK 9) circular needles, 60 cm (24 in) long, or straight needles.
One set 3.75 mm (US 5 : UK 9) double pointed needles for sleeves.

OTHER MATERIALS - JACKET
5 [5 : 6 : 6] buttons 1.5 cm (½ in) in diameter
5 stitch markers
Darning needle to sew in the ends

TENSION - JACKET
22 sts x 40 rows = 10 cm (4 in) worked in garter stitch on 3.75mm (US 5 : UK 9) needles.

When purchasing any of my patterns it is assumed that you are either and Intermediate / Advanced knitter and can follow and read a knitting pattern. My patterns have been test knitted and professionally technical edited and are written out in full, following universally acceptable instructions and knitting abbreviations . All patterns are clearly marked for the Intermediate knitter/ or the Advanced Knitter/ or the Beginner knitter, and to the best our knowledge are as correct as humanly possible.
