This versatile pattern can be knitted up as a Vest (no seaming required), or cardigan (with minimal sewing). Knitted from the bottom up, in one piece to underarm, with set in sleeves. Short rows required for the shawl collar, which is knitted in with the fronts, NOT separately. We have added a bootees pattern as an extra bonus.

SKILL LEVEL - Intermediate

This would be suitable for little girls, or little boys, with the shawl collar adding that extra warmth around the neck.

YARN REQUIRED
Double Knit, Light Worsted #3 yarn

[A] -- 4 x 50 grams balls
[B] -- 5 x 50 grams balls
[C] -- 6 x 50 grams balls

Plus 1 x 50gram ball for the shoes.

NEEDLES REQUIRED
One pair 4.00mm (US No 6, UK No 8) needles.
One pair 3.75mm (US No 5, UK No 9) needles.
